Subject: Adrenal Disease?

I wrote last week that I thought Katie had the start of Adrenal. Last week she lost a patch of hair at the top of her tail, her nipples were red & swollen, and she seemed very tired. This week she is full of energy and the hair is growing back. I took her to a vet, he said she might just have hair loss, and I should wait. He said if she gets the hair loss again, that he can do the bloodwork (which in itself is very expensive). I spoke to other vets, but this is the ONLY one I found in my area that has even done this surgery (I looked into ferret specialty Vets... not much luck). Dee from suburbs of NYC.
