I'm not a vet, but according to my vet, sevo is better because it doesn't take as long for them to recover and it's easier on their little bodies. It also doesn't leave that nasty taste in their mouths like iso does. That taste can cause frothing at the mouth (I've seen it), which could lead to choking when waking from anesthesia.

I'm sure there is more info that someone more qualified could give you, too. :-)
