It's available for download on the JAAHA.ORG website in PDF format, which you can then print out. I've downloaded it there and there's no charge for it.
When you go to their home page (www.jaaha.org) you'll see a "Quick Search" box. Type in Weiss as the author's name, the year 1998 and keyword insulinoma and I believe that's the only article that will come up.
