Is the node on the same side as the bad teeth and the ear infection? Has
the ear been thoroughly examined to be certain the infection is resolved?
Is the mouth healing? It could be a number of things, infection, there
could have been a punture there that flared up the node, could be a tumor,
etc. I would follow up and the 2 areas of infection, see if any other nodes
are enlarged, try a different antibiotic (both in the ear and systemically.
I would even consider a biopsy (even if it is only a singel node it could be
useful, the node itself could evn be cultured. Good luck and keep us
informed as to what happens.
