It is both inconvenient AND expensive. Since the
reaction to the rabies shot nearly killed Nyssa I have
no alternative other than to leave her unvaccinated.
Considering the laws in this state and county
regarding ferrets (or dogs or cats) who don't get
rabies vaccines I am not willing to put her at that
sort of risk or isolate her from all other people.

Yep. Thankfully there are two of us. Also, Keith's
boss is willing to let Nyssa come to work with him,
though she has to be caged.
