I hope you get some other replies too. I think surgically it is possible
but it is very risky. I fear with the aggressiveness that you are dealing
with and adenocarcimoma and complete removal would be unlikely. I don't
know if it would extend life long enough to make surgery a good risk, it is
a persomal decision. This is a tough place to be. I hope you can find the
