My son has a 7 year old ferret. He has always been in excellent health. Over the last several months he occasionally slips into a lethargic state and pants heavily. After an hour or more he comes out of it and was normal. Recently however he is limited on the use of his right side. He also gets tired easily.
He has no other symptoms.
Any clue if ferrets can have strokes?
