I know he went thru alot and he is older but is it normal that 2 days later
he still does not want to eat much(i can get him to eat about 15mls every 3
hours of a/d with chicken broth. I started with his last feeding with grinding
up his kibble and putting it in there but he is showing no signs of wanting his
reg kibble. He also will only drink(that i have noticed) off of my finger.
He is going to the bathroom about 5 times a day. His belly is also really
bruised but he does not show any pain and has even cleaned up any dried blood
that was on his belly. He is getting up and walking around when I get him out of
his cage for feedings. He also looks up everytime someone walks in the room
or I call his name. I have never had an animal that needed surgery so this is
all new to me. Any ideas would be great.

TIA

Buffy
