I had Thorn in for follow-up this week. The ear was still a little "gunky" looking, so we changed to Baytrill drops and oral Baytrill since the Tresaderm otic and oral Clavamox didn't do much. Unfortunately, the lump is growing in size. I'm afraid we are looking at an unusual lymphoma. What is strange is there are no other enlarged nodes either the vet or I can find anywhere else. Ideas? I know a biopsy is in order, but with all the tiny structures in the neck our vet doesn't feel comfortable doing the surgery.
