I have a six year old male[Marshalls] ferret that was recently diagnosed with insulinoma,and subsequently had surgery removing a tumor from the pancreas and also the left adrenal.He is on pred and carafate. I have caught him drinking his urine a couple of times now. I have dogs and seven other ferrets so there is plenty of water around the house and in his cage. He doesn't use a litterbox, just newspaper and then he drinks it up. He doesn't do this every time, just occasionally. Should I be concerned?
