for that. Heat pad on LOW only with several layers between her and the heat so she doesn't get too hot. I usually will just lay a sick one on my chest so they get my body warmth. I wish I could offer you more. I am so sorry that you are going thru
Be careful with anything used for wamring that it can be safely covered (some can't), that there won't be an electrocution or electrical burning risk, that there won't be a poisoning risk, etc. If it isn't a closely supervised situation at any point and the type of heating you are using isn't safe enough read up how to make and use rice filled socks or other safer approaches instead.
