My very first thought is blockage. Very active one minute to lethargic
the next is very suspicious for blockage. This is a surgical emergency,
it is not always seen on any kind of xray and opening her up and
looking inside is the only way to know for sure.

If you told me she was having diarrhea, or fever, or some other symptoms
first then I would think of other things.

Poisoning is another possibility.

Get her to a vet who sees ferrets enough to know what is most common
and can at least give you a diagnosis. Where are you located? Maybe
there is a ferret owner or shelter in your area that can recommend a vet.

I am afraid you will lose her. She at least needs sub Q fluids or IV and
close observation at the vet.
