Yes it is okay, you just have to adjust one for the other. You don't want
her to get more dehydrated on the lasix without replacing. You could also
add a bit of salt substitute to her food, it is potassium chloride and may
help prevent a low potassium level secondary to the lasix (unless she
supplement the fluids). Also ask your vet if she can add some Vit B12 to
the fluids you are giving since this can help with her appetite too. Good
