Hi LaurelMy ferret Raja had the same thing. She was paralized at her hind l=
egs and one day she start screaming and her whole body had cramps. As she h=
as stones in the bladder, I thought the stones are passing and she feels pa=
in. After a whole night with seizure every 30minutes, we brought her to the=
vet early morning.She gave her 0,5 valium and it was the only medicament t=
hat stopped the seizures. But because it=B4s very tough for her small body,=
she was also dehidrated, low body temperature.Now she is medicated with ph=
enobaarbitol every 30 hours to control the still unknown seizures.I (not a =
vet) belive that she is not in pain, it=B4s just involuntary muscles reacti=
