Yes, it does. It gets confusing when the information out there varies at times. Of course, that is one reason this list exists, so that many can learn together.

As time goes on it will be interesting to find out how the nuances get uncovered and what levels matter (good or bad) vs. which ones don't make any difference at all, what works out to be generally best, plus how it differs among individuals.
