Hello all,

=

Sorry if I posted twice -

=

Question: I've just found out that one of my two ferrets has ADV.
Shocking! Because ferrets are my pet of choice and I really can't see
me not having ferrets ever again,... I'm wondering how long ADV can live
in my home after these ferrets are gone? =

=

Has anyone on this list who has (had) ADV ever considered becoming an
ADV mommy (or daddy)? It seems like there is a need with all those ADV
positive ferrets out there. Or is this just one big financial
nightmare in the end? Ferrets are expensive enough, considering that
most get sick (more than once, too) in their lifetime and surgeries can
be very expensive. Not that I'm whining about surgery costs, but it's
something to consider. I'm not Bill Gates.

=

Can ADV affect any other pets that one may have? Birds, dogs, cats,
etc.?

=

Very SAD and quite confused,

=

Lisa
