Very true. We have a little boy right now who has it but does not have ADV on testing. He's recently lost his R adrenal to adenoma, and he has long term IBD, but something else is going on (high blood calcium, high blood protein with two spikes) so he is being checked as his recovery allows for an assortment of infections and malignancies.
