Hi, everyone,
Some of you may remember that Tenchi, our original
ferret, suddenly went blind late last year. We later
learned that this was caused by lymphosarcoma. Tenchi
did well on pediapred for a while and reasserted
himself as ferret-in-charge of our business. All
seemed well until early last week.
Tenchi went downhill very suddenly. Keith took him to
{vet} and his bloodwork was disasterously wrong.
He continued to worsen. Keith made the difficult
decision to say goodbye to our number one weasel. It
turned out that by the time he died he also had liver
and kidney cancer. There was nothing we could do.
