Hi all: I have a fixed male of somewhere btn ages 7
and 8 whose hair is thinning a lot on his belly and
shoulders, some, but less, on the tail and back. he
is active and happy, esp when there are pens to steal
and had gotten for the past two years a diet of about
1 tbls of chicken gravy/day and free feed totally
ferret. Because he's healthy now, would it be better
to go in and find the cause of the thinning hair or
wait to see what happens?

I am taking him to a vet about this as well, but I
wanted to ask for opinions since I've always taken the
do surgery road, even when it didn't work out.

thanks
