11 weeks is near the tail end of teething (mandibular premolar 4 and mandibular molar 2 erupt approximately at 10 and 1/2 weeks) though it is still happening, but there are times when teething doesn't happen properly and then things like entraped baby teeth, misalignments, dental eruptions through the palate and abceesses can occur.

So, it might be behavioral but have the treating vet look at those teeth during one of the vaccination appointments (or earlier if there seems to be a need).

Yes, the Chewweasels, Foamy Fries, and other dense gelatin chews do help some ferrets a good bit but don't let the ferrets have too much at once or runs will occur.
