It sounds like it is pain related and you could try pain meds. Also you
might try pred if you havent since it reduces inflammation and may help him
put on some weight. When they explored him did the check the stomach for
ulcers, check the intestines, biopsy any of the intestinal tract? If he is
on Lupron, what did they do about the adrenal glands, was there evidence of
a problem and did they remove anything? Just some suggestions. He could
have inflammatory bowel disease and if not biopsied you would never know.
Pred may help if this is what it is. Best of luck and hope this helps.
