I think I was blinded by the fact that the vet told me that this would be the
fix for Slinky's problem. That I had not thought about the bigger issues/
cause until reading your post. I was very excited to get him home today, and
he seems to be recovering nicely. I guess it was naive but there would have to
be a cause for this thickening of the stomach lining. Of course now i'm
worried again. Does anyone have any experience where this might have occured
and didn't have bigger issues (ie cancer) associated with it? Or is this an
initial sign of what is to come? I won't get his biopsy results back for 7-10
days. Does anyone have any ideas of what kind of future i'm looking at with my
little baby boy?
