I don't have it yet but Sherman's latest bloodwork is back and it is most consistent with liver damage this time. Our vet reminded me that when he went in for the R adrenal Shermie's liver was very yellowed and fatty.
It may be that what is happening is that he has both liver damage and intestinal damage from a nasty early ECE before we knew him.
Now, we need to work on liver support as well as the rest and maybe we can get him more comfy.
Today he is greatly improved from how he was. He's not happy about some of his meds, but they are giving him quality of life so a few minutes of "Yuck!" is more than worth it. We're getting a lot of kisses with him feeling better.
