Probably L Carnitine? I would also use SAM-e at 10 to 20mg/kg, it is an
antioxidant for the liver has joint and some antidepressent activity too but
is just a supplement.

Pepcid might be a better choice then cimetadine since the latter requires
something in the liver for it to work appropriately. When there are liver
problems we use pepcid, when there are kidney problems we use Cimetidine
(AKA Tagamet).

Also omega 3 faty acids and they usu like these. They have antiinflammatory
benefits of all kinds as well as being great for cancer in higher doses.

You could also try Essiac Tea extract it is a great antioxidant, caner
fighter and immune booster. Also with everything else be sure you are using
probiotics to help keep a healthy immune system and intestinal tract.
