Hi Ingrid,
I lost my RinkyDink due to a severe form of IBD. Some of the things that h=
elped her to keep going were a daily oral dose of Dex. You did not mention=
if your ferret is on any kind of steriod therapy? If not, it may be best =
to start him out with pred daily. RinkyDink also got pepcid ac every day a=
nd her food was switched to a hypo allergenic food, supplemented with ham b=
aby food. =
If you contact me privately I can give you her vets name and number. She l=
iteraly pulled RinkyDink back from death and kept her going for an extra 2 =
1/2 years.
