Perhaps Proscar or Propecia (finasteride) will work for Arlo? The usual recommendation is 1 mg per day for 30 days then 0.1 mg per day thereafter. I can't remember which one, but one of the two comes in a 1 mg dose, so that would be ideal to use at first.
