You are right in the signs and their possibilties. Is there any chance you
can just get an exam and x rays so meds can be given? Is there a shelter
that might be able to give you a medical assistance and you can pay them
off? Look for resources you can probably find help you just need to look
for it. The shelter people sometimes can give you opinions and advice too.
Good Luck but I agree I don't like to see them suffer so if you could even
just get an appt for an exam perhaps there is something even minimal that
they can do to help. I can't think of anything at home to do and it would
be unethical for me to suggest it at this time. Even a miminal check is
better then nothing and you might find it is something more managable then
you think, and may not cost as much as you think. Best of luck.
