One possibility os a hairball. Then can get a partial obstruction and it
moves, when it is on one position they are fien no problem, another they are
sick. They can also be difficult to diagnose so looking with x ray and
possibly even contrast. I have had to surgically remove them from some
ferrets. Good luck.
