One thing that could cause an overweight problem could be boredom... Is he
constantly stimulated.. If the vet rules out health problems... Change some
of his toys around. Clean all toys... Give them a fresh smell. Introduce
something new to him via toys, smells, more chase. Also look at the diet you
feed him.
I ran across some Canadian ferrets one time. They were huge.... Could be
several things causing it. He could be a big Teddy....
See what the vet says first...
