Lisa, are you sure this is safe approach for ferrets? I can't speak off-hand about this specific product but it certainly isn't one I recall off the top of my head ever reading any vets include in their lists of safe products. The ones vets list as safe are; Advantage, Revolution, and Frontline. It would be terrible to risk serious damage or death to a ferret from something avoidable like a flea product which has a safer alternative, so, please, carefully check in places like the FHL Archives at

before using on ferrets.

Remember that even if the active ingredient is the same there are sometimes other things which can be a danger; for instance, there have been ferrets poisoned by pyrethrins.
