A trick I have learned that will help with this is to get a flea collar,
activate it and then cut it up. You will then put the pieces into your
vacuume cleaner bag. This will kill any of the flea eggs that hatch
after you have vacuumed them up. These pieces can also be put insidem
the cover of your dog/cats bed to kill any of the eggs that may be
hiding in there. I don't advise they be put in where there are ferret
b/c those little sweathearts will find them, no matter where they may be
hidden!!!
