Bob Church's Chicken Gravy is wonderful for ferrets
recovering from difficult surgeries. It helps them
keep weight on. Besides, my ferrets seem to think
it's a wonderful treat. They are ready to get their
hated medicine and are waiting eagerly at the regular
time because they know the meds come with yummy gravy.

Sessoms' pressure cooker method to make the gravy. If
you don't have a pressure cooker go to your local
Target or Wal Mart or whatever and invest in one. No
ferret owner should be without. Making gravy without
a pressure cooker was, to quote Douglas Adams, "a
whole lot of no fun".
