I just wanted to update you on this subject. I spoke to the vet and questioned the perscriptions. The Valium was for pain so I quit giving him that after the 2nd day and the Glucose he decided to just use as needed (Thank God I only gave him one dose of .90cc) It was perscribed as .90cc 3 times per day. And he said he had to argue the point of the pediapred, He thinks that it will slow down returning tumor's. So I am continueing that but the dose I am only giving .20cc twice a day instead of 1.25cc once a day. Does that sound ok. I just thought that you should start out on a low dose and work your way to the higher dose.

So wouldnt it be sending it higher by giving glucose? at the same time giving pediapred. I am so worried that I am doing the wrong thing. Meanwhile I cant really tell if he is having low blood suger symptoms because he is on liquid valium. Somebody please make some sense of this to me so I can sleep at night.
