There do not appear to be any ulcers or any type of lesions in his mouth. It seemed as if the blood was coming from the GI tract. I also forgot to mention that about 6 weeks prior to this surgery he had an adrenal gland removed. (Left, I think...the most commonly removed one.) I doubt that that has anything to do with this, but I have no idea.
