I have a blind albino ferret, Charlie, and he gets around great! He came
into the shelter from being abused and an only ferret, so he is very scared
of other ferrets.

Charlie has run of our house where the other ferrets don't go. He follows
me up and down the stairs on my daily rounds. I did put a barrier around
the upper stairway so he doesn't take a tumble down from upstairs (I used
that new "Press and Seal" food wrap to stick to the wood posts -- it's
perfect). He makes his rounds throughout the night, too. I had put him in
a cage in the ferret room, but he just hated being in there. So this works
out great.

I have put litter boxes in the corners he chose that were convenient for
him. And he has been pretty good about going in these spots.

Good Luck, Liz
