If she's constantly vomiting, I think I'd be asking my vet to go in for an exploratory and see if she has some sort of blockage. As weak as she is, she might not survive the surgery but it doesn't sound like she's going to make it if you don't do something.
She needs to eat. She surely can't survive on nutrical.
