Call your vet hospital and ask for a call back when the vet is able to get a break. Then the vet can decide if she needs to be seen tonight. Lethargy is worrisome, so the vet needs to decide if this might be a serious injury or not. I can recall when a ferret got behind me and tripped me; in falling one of my heels landed on her neck. In her case she was fine except that she forever bruised easily there ever since. Other folks have had stories which weren't as lucky.
