I dealt with some sores a few years back on a boy of mine. It's hard to
remember
exactly what they looked like, whether like a blood blister or not, but
they were at
least similar, just little sores on the skin. It turned out not to be
anything to be too concerned about (always keep an eye on things of
coarse) and fairly common. They
were mast cell tumors. The sores would break open occasionally and
bleed, then
they would revert back to what they looked like before. They would also
disappear
in time, then show up somewhere else. They didn't seem to bother Pepe at
all and
his vet said not to worry about them if they remained basically as is -
although I
believe it is usually suggested that they be removed.

Here's some slightly old information:
Ferret skin tumors are very common, and increase in frequency with age.
Let's get one point straight right away - the VAST majority of skin
tumors in ferrets are benign. Malignant tumors....are very rare in
ferret skin.
