Dr Anna Edling V.M.D. at Horsham Veterinary Hospital, 450 Central Avenue,
Horsham, Pa. 19044 (215) 674-1738 is fantastic. I live 80 miles from her
location and I'm not sure I ever want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately, the 2
vets that I tried in Lancaster (one of these vets was recommended by an owner of
4 ferrets) had little idea what they were doing.
When I finally got Snoopy to her, he was really sick. I won't bore you with
the details but a procedure which most would charge $700 or more for was only
$350. That isn't the best part. She takes her ferret patients home with her
after surgery so she can keep better track of their condition. She owns 2
ferrets of her own. When I had to rush him back because of another problem, it
was her day off so she allowed me to bring him to her home.
Look no further for a vet because I find it hard to believe you will find
anyone as dedicated and knowledgeable. Both of the former vets believed
themselves to be capable and maybe they were just fine for checkups and shots.
I'm sure you will be totally satisfied if you decide to use this vet.
