Nacho is improving and is eating much better and much more, as well as having
brighter eyes and not lethargic. He went to the vet today and the hole is closing
and looks much better. The vet felt that the carafate must be helping (Thanks Troy
Lynn for suggesting it-:) Nacho had adrenal surgery almost 2 yrs. ago and has done
wonderfully since then with melatonin and Lupron. He showed signs of liver
damage at the time of his surgery and since we'd only adopted him a few months
earlier we have no idea what the cause is. He's been on milk thistle ever since. Right
now he's on the amoxi and baytril as well as the carafate drizzled in his mouth a
little before each feeding. Hopefully he'll keep improving. HE certainly is trying!
