Sorry to hear about Sasha's recent surgery
without adrenal gland removal. As to what to do next,
Mike nailed it on the head (again): a second surgery
by a more experienced ferret vet, or medical treatment
with Lupron and/or melatonin. With the possible bladder
defect, I would go with either surgery or Lupron and melatonin.
If you let us know where you are located maybe we can
refer you to a vet with more experience doing ferret adrenal
gland surgeries.
