Had he recently woken up? Was the room cold? My little girl does that after she wakes up or when the room is chilly. She just shivers for a few seconds then goes about her business.

He didn't make a sound and this only lasted less than 10 seconds. He was completely normal afterwards. He ate fine, ran around as usual, is acting completely normal this morning. I'm thinking maybe it was a stomach spasm, like I get occasionally. That can make you cringe. I'm going to make an appointment for him to get a complete blood work done just to rule out anything.
