Hi Tracy,
You have to change your ferret from dog food to
ferret food or kitten food! The dog food does not
have enough protein or enough fat and way too much
carbohydrates for a ferret. Quite simply, it will kill your ferret
if it stays on dog food only!
Have you tried using Gerbers baby food or Hill's a/d food?
These are 2 things that most ferrets like and are easy to
get them to eat. Then you can add the ferret food or kitten
food down the road.
