Bruno wasn=92t a big boy even tho I would call him that. He had no special =
markings but he was turning silveraround his head. He was a typical light =
colored sablemasked ferret. There was no plastic bag that couldwith stand =
him, no tube he couldn=92t climb and noraisin he couldn=92t gobble down.I f=
igured he was about 6 years old. I had him for thepast 5. Took over on hi=
m and his sister from my son. They became my weasels. On Tuesday morn we dan=
ced, played and dooked beforegoing to the vets for his scheduled surgery. =
I puthim in his carry case and off we went. Bruno clawedto get out. He ne=
ver did that before and I almostturned back then but didn=92t. When I got =
the vets Itook him out and held for the last time.Last night they told me t=
hat he was improving I mightbe able to take him home today. This morning t=
heycalled to tell me he passed away sometime during thenight. They think t=
hat maybe his little old bodycould not handle the occlusion of the vena cav=
a.I=92m going to leave now to pick him up for his sister. Spunky has been a=
ll over the house looking for Brunoand I noticed that she is becoming depre=
ssed. I wanther to have closure. Then I bury Bruno in thestrawberry patch=
in the yard.I have owned many pets but I have never had suchcreatures touc=
h my heart like them. I knew somedaythat this day would come but not quite=
like this.Thanks for listening.M.Northern[Sympathy messages without health=
