How was he before surgery, what about metastasis? Could be a number of
things, the worst case is it has spread somewhere else and he has cancer
cachexia (starvation from the tumor). Hopefully it is something else. but
things may depend on the procedure done, how he was before the procedure has
lab work been done,etc?
