It might be the other way around, or both may be stinky but in different ways. A good portion of the urine stink is ammonia and the higher the protein the more ammonia a person would expect, BUT a large portion of feces stink is undigested stuff that bacteria reproduce on and that means that the more digestible higher protein diet might produce less stinky stools.
