This guy needs a transfusion right away. Any healthy ferret will do as a donor, but the larger the ferret, the more blood that can be taken. There's also a synthetic "blood" called Oxyglobin that's used in dogs and I believe can be used in ferrets.
Procrit or Epogen may help, but that takes time to work, and it doesn't sound like you have that time. Maybe once you get him stabilized, one of those two drugs are an option.
I guess the next step is why is he so anemic. Renal failure?
