DON'T wait too long the transfusion is the first thing to do then worry
about everything else. His weakiness can't oxygenate, his inability to eat
well no strength and choice etween eating and breathing. The heartrate so
fast is because he does not have enought blood volume for the heart to work
efficiently and it is trying like crazy to compensate. The longer you wait
the worse the prognosis. Good luck.
