If she has any GI problems I'd skip the cream and the Ensure.
We've been in the situation where we we told to try cream for one who has IBD and the upshot was a bad and long return of far worse runs than he's had in a long time. We almost lost him even weeks after the cream was stopped because the inflammation was that severe and long lasting and it was so difficult to stabilize him again.
