I just wrote in a couple of days ago about my ferret gertrudes constant coughing. As suggested i took her to the vet for a x-ray and it came back gerty has cardiomyopathy. She started her medication this morning and from what i understand will be on it for the rest of her life. If anyone could give me some advice on this subject i would appreciated it.
